I’m Marie
I’m Marie, the photographer and founder of Very Photique Photography. My new bespoke natural light studio is located in Ivanhoe, Melbourne. I’m all about capturing stunning and priceless photographs.
As a mum to five beautiful children, I genuinely understand the demands of parenthood and how busy life can get. This is why I believe that it’s important to stand still in time and freeze those fleeting moments that can pass us by so quickly. From blooming bellies… to newborn babies… to brand new families… those delicate moments that truly matter…
This is where I step in, as your photographer.

Light Filled Sanctuary
The Studio
Discover a tranquil oasis of simplicity and elegance in my newly designed studio. Bathed in natural light, the space exudes a calming ambience, enhanced by soft sheer curtains that gently filter the sun’s rays. Drawing inspiration from Mediterranean design, an arch-inspired corner and an evergreen olive tree create a harmonious atmosphere, occasionally featured in our sessions.

How to Book
The Process
1. Chat
All you need to do is simply contact me on the website form and let me know what type of photography service you are after whether it be maternity, newborn, babies or family photography
You will be sent out a welcome pack with all relevant information.
We then book your desired date and you pay a deposit of $100 to secure your spot. Please note this is non-refundable but can be transferable.
Each photo session is individual and customised for each client.
2. Create
On the day of the session, everything is ready and set up when you arrive.
Props, wraps, blankets and accessories (for baby shoots) and even the client dress wardrobe are all available if you like, or we can go for a more simple and minimalist look.
I love to give my clients as much variety as possible and take as many photos as we can fit into the session.
My aim is to provide a completely enjoyable and memorable experience for you and memories to last you a lifetime!
3. Cherish
Typically two weeks after the photoshoot you will be emailed your preview gallery from which you will make your selections.
All packages have been designed to include a variety of high-resolution images and professionally printed photographs.
Additional products can be purchased to beautifully present your photographs. These include:
- Wall art – traditional framed, canvas boxed framed and Arch frame
- Custom-made photo albums
- Matted prints – ready to frame
– I can help you create a wall art collection to suit your room, your budget and your style
