This agreement is between the client and VPP for a personalised photoshoot. The agreed package will include an email with a low-resolution proof gallery, high-resolution images and prints. Additional files may be available for purchase at $50 per file.
A proof gallery of low-resolution files will be emailed approximately two weeks after the session date. Images may be shared but not copied, cropped or reproduced.
The client agrees to order images and make selections within 72 hours of receiving the proof gallery.
The complete order will be available for collection up to 4 weeks after the date of the session. The order may be sent by Registered post at the client's expense. Additional $20 postage and handling fee is required.
The client understands and agrees that the entire amount owed for the photography package describe in this Contract is due, on or before the photoshoot day.
The utmost care will be taken with the digital files, in the unfortunate circumstance, Very Photique Photography limits any liability and shall not exceed the contract price stated herein. A reshoot may be taken at no extra cost.
Archival of clients' digital files will be stored for 1 year. Clients will have the option to purchase files at this point. VPP does NOT guarantee archival of the digital files passed a period of one year after the session/event date.
